Overview

Salary Range : $40K / Salary

Scorpion EXO, a leading Helmet and Apparel Manufacture in the Motorcycle Industry is seeking

a Customer Support Specialist to join their Southern California Team. This position will manage

incoming calls, emails and chats, as well as process returns and assist in any warranty claims.

Additional duties include managing incoming and outgoing shipments and Event Support (as needed).

The ideal candidate rides motorcycles, has a genuine interest in helping customers, and

desire to help keep fellow riders safe! This position requires quick learning and retention of

product knowledge.

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, provide product

information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve

a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that

crosses your desk.

The Customer Support Specialist may also assist in other brand initiatives as needed.

RESPONSIBILITES :

Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite,

empathic, and professional voice and manner

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and / or interactive voice response

systems

  • Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the

correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Aim for customer resolution and return
  • Able to address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
  • Able to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments (as

needed)

REQUIRED :

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent at communicating over the phone and genuinely excited to help customers

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to Multi-Task with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information

PREFFERED :

Avid Motorcycle Rider (Willing to test and assist the Development Team with future

products)

  • Ability to Travel to Motorcycle Related Events (As needed)
  • Willingness to work nights and / or weekends if necessary (occasional)
