Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator skilled in ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), ITSM, and Integrations to join our Dallas-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow solutions that enhance automation, service delivery, and asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM) , and ITSM modules.
• Configure and manage Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping to ensure accurate visibility of IT assets.
• Develop and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules for optimized lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub .
• Customize workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes for automation and process improvement.
• Administer ServiceNow environments including instance management, upgrades, and performance tuning .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices , governance, and security standards.
