Location : Springfield, Illinois

Salary : $60,000 per year

Status : Full-time, 50 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily store operations, develop and motivate employees, and deliver outstanding results. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail or food service environment and takes pride in running a successful business.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team committed to customer satisfaction.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promptly resolve issues or complaints.
• Manage inventory, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and reduce loss.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and all state and federal regulations.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture.
• Collaborate with upper management to align goals, improve performance, and implement new initiatives.
