Join the team responsible for corporate accounting and analysis, working closely with our Senior Corporate Accounting Manager, the Senior Vice President of Accounting, the Chief Financial Officer and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to budgeting, hedge accounting, technical accounting research, preparation of purchase price allocations, and evaluation of tenant recoveries. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience (Big 4 public accounting or publicly-traded organization), k nowledge of US GAAP, strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills, and the a bility to establish and effectively manage relationships with company stakeholders, external auditors and consultants.
