Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Medical Device / Life Sciences

We're seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join a leading global medical device organization. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing supplier performance, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting category management across a dynamic and regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do :

• Analyze supplier performance, market trends, and cost structures to identify savings opportunities.
• Support supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations to achieve best-in-class quality, cost, and service outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Planning to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Conduct cost modeling and should-cost analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO 13485).
• Monitor supply chain risk and industry trends to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
