Position Overview

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Process Automation Analyst to support the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Financial Management Directorate (DOI / FMD), Accounting Operations. This position provides both technical and administrative support for RPA development tasks in support of DOI initiatives, specifically within the Interior Business Center’s Financial Management Directorate (IBC FMD).

Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for Process Automation software development through onsite collaboration and hands on approach to end-user engagement and training
• Assist in reviewing work products for accuracy and adherence to design and user standards
• Support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of tools and technologies
• Conduct business process studies and productivity improvement analyses
• Shadow and document processes for automation
• Assist with developing deliverables and solution documentation
• Provide systems support for platforms such as Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), Oracle Federal Financials (OFF), and UI Path
