About The Job

JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Trades Intern to join our Central Trades team located in Dallas, TX. The Trades Field Intern will participate in a program where they will learn from and assist the Superintendent(s) and other field team members in managing a project.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Field

• Observe how to manage a project.
• Update and monitor construction documents with changes through Procore.
• Help create and monitor Procore documentation such as RFI's, submittals, daily reports and punch lists.
• Take project photos, upload daily and label accordingly on Procore.
• Monitor jobsite work practices in accordance with OSHA, JPI Illness and Injury Prevention Program, and JPI Construction Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Other duties may be assigned by Lead Superintendent
