Summary

Primary responsibility is control, coordination and maintenance of SRK-TN product cost, cost planning and fixed asset control. Responsibility also includes assisting Accounting / Finance management in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, audits and other projects as needed.

Duties Include But Not Limited To :

• Conduct BOM (Bill of Material) update and cost roll-up to include maintaining and setting up inventory parts, product structures, manufacturing routing process and compound structures.
• Monitor and Maintain Fiscal Business Plan balance against actual expenses / equipment and tooling investment / inventory / others and prepare report to Japan.
• Maintain customer owned tooling and vendor master records.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation calculations utilizing SAGE fixed asset software
• Participate in monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare various management reports to assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Assist in audits by external and internal auditors
• Assist in quarterly consolidation reporting to Sumitomo Riko
• Execute special projects for the Cost Planning / ERP system / AR department and other areas as necessary.
