Real Estate Pre-Marketer

A company is looking for a REO Pre-Marketer to manage newly acquired assets and facilitate their transition to the Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Order occupancy inspections and determine the marketing process for newly acquired assets

Evaluate BPOs and appraisals for accuracy and quality, and follow up on vendor tasks

Ensure timely completion of initial services and document approvals for preservation and maintenance bids

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-year experience in REO / Real Estate

Valuation and contractor experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Knowledge of client-based systems is a plus

High School Diploma / GED required; Real Estate License preferred
