Life Insurance Sales Specialist

Location : Staten Island, NY (In-person)

As a Life Insurance Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to meet with clients, build lasting relationships based on trust, and help families safeguard their financial futures through personalized life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Engage existing and prospective clients to build trust and uncover their life insurance and retirement needs.
• Conduct simple conversations and structured fact-finding meetings to identify gaps and opportunities
• Educate clients on State Farm's life, disability, and financial products
• Present customized solutions and guide clients toward informed, confident decisions. Protect, then Invest.

Ideal Candidate :

Willing to obtain an insurance license (training provided)

Strong communicator with excellent listening and relationship-building skills

Base salary + uncapped commission structure with high earning potential

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

I have been a State Farm agent since 2003.

I am a proud graduate of Syracuse University .

We currently have 14 team members at our agency.
