Job Description : Meets all qualifications and skills of Program Analyst Level II, plus :
Required Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience related to workload analysis, requirements determination, force / manpower structure management or development (to include equipping and / or stationing), organizational structure analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Education : Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education -OR- an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 12 years as a substitute to the degree.
Desired Qualifications : FA50 (Force Management Functional Area), How the Army Runs (HTARC) Course
