CDL A Truck Driver

$3,500 bonus after 1 year of employment

Driver are out for 12 days, home for 2 days. Guaranteed to be home every other weekend.

Most loads will be drop and hook with a few live load / unload. Drivers are not required to touch any freight

Home time

Drivers on this fleet are out for 12 days, home for a minimum of 2 full days.

Pay

Drivers will make .68-.70 CPM a week.

World Class Trucks

Drivers are placed in a 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia. All trucks are automatics and have APUs and 1500 watt inverters. They come with a 24 inch flat screen TV and a refrigerator. We give all drivers a subscription to DirectTV and SiriusXM. If you have a rider in the truck with you, they have the option to watch the local channels on the television while the truck is in motion. The company pays for truck washes once a month. We take pride in our trucks.

Freight

All freight is no touch to the driver. All loads are dry van with about 15% of loads being hazmat. If a drivers choose to get their hazmat, the company will reimburse for the cost of the hazmat and pay extra while pulling hazmat loads.

Running area

Drivers will cover the north east regional, with the exception of New York City. Drivers are required to take their truck home for their home time. No NYC deliveries!

Minimum pay guarantee

All drivers will fall under our minimum pay guarantee program. In case of a weather event or something else that is out of the drivers control, we offer a minimum pay guarantee. Therefore, our drivers will not go without a pay check. As long as no freight is refused for that week, you will qualify for the minimum pay guarantee.

Benefits

We offer full benefits. Health, medical and dental insurance for the driver and their family. We offer low monthly rates with low deductibles to make insurance affordable. Insurance will take place 60 days after the driver is hired.

401K is offer by the company and we match 50% of everything the driver puts in, all the way up to 6%. Our 401K is through Fidelity.

Employment bonus

All drivers that sign up for the 5 day program (48 hour reset) get an employment bonus! The current employment bonus will be discussed during the interview.

Pet policy

We allow one pet in the truck with you. There is no breed and weight restriction. No deposit is required.

Rider policy

Any family members age 12 and up are allowed to ride. There is a small weekly fee for a rider.

Holiday pay

Drivers are off and paid for New Years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Vacation pay

Drives gets one week vacation after a year and two weeks vacation after 3 years
