Seeking Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join Spinal Center in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Clinic Services include :
- X-ray, MRI and CT
- Digital x-ray
- Diagnostic and therapeutic injections
- Radiofrequency techniques
- MILD Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression
- Neuromodulation Dorsal Column Stimulation
- Injury rehabilitation service
- Neuroablative procedures
- Osteoporosis treatment
- On-site physical therapy
