Global Account Executive, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Eight years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative business, business development, or digital marketing, or six years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience with client management in communication and strategy in English. Experience across search, video, and programmatic advertising. Preferred qualifications : Experience in project management and working across internal and external stakeholders, both at the agency and client. Experience in creating and delivering presentations to C-level / executive audiences with an ability to deliver clear and effective communications to a wide array of audience types and topics. Experience in YouTube and Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Understanding of the CPG industry challenges and opportunities, a goal for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace. Ability to grow relationships and partnerships with business leadership and executive presence.

In this role, you will lead the charge expanding Google's global business with the largest and most influential clients and leverage the business acumen to identify and prioritize key areas where Google's solutions can drive significant innovation and deliver measurable results. You will work with specialized teams to ensure a smooth, integrated approach across all regions and functions. You will be the primary advocate for the clients coordinating with various teams to provide them with a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions and options. You will take ownership of client relationships, manage global governance structures, and ensure efficient coordination across key markets to achieve unified goals. You will craft and implement comprehensive global Joint Business Plans of global video incentive programs to maximize business generation and will collaborate with teams to scale solutions to drive growth and help uncover new opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
