RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST :
- Provide financial support and guidance to the organization such as collecting and analyzing a variety of complex financial data to prepare budgets, variance reporting, complex forecasting and prepare internal monthly reports, analysis and other ad-hoc requests using hands-on strong financial modeling skills.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend strategies and solutions to mitigate financial impact.
- Participate in or lead special projects or ad hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, statistical reports, schedules or other operating results for management.
- Participate in the budgetary development process, including annual updates of the long-range financial plan and any mid-year forecasts
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business degree
- 2+ years of analysis experience
- Demonstrated analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
