Performance Test Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Performance Test Lead for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX(Remote). Candidates must have hands-on experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner and strong expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and Azure environments.

Rate Range : $50 / hour to $53 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Performance Test Lead job responsibilities include :

• Lead performance testing efforts for applications built on the Microsoft tech stack (.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure), ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement performance test strategies and plans, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Develop and maintain automated performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio, or Azure DevOps Load Testing.
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, collaborating with architects and development teams to recommend optimizations.
• Monitor application performance in pre-production and production environments, ensuring optimal user experience and system stability.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, findings, and actionable recommendations.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
