Key Responsibilities :

• As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in testing practices.
• This role is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite in either Jersey City, NJ 60% of the time or Plano, TX 60% of the time.
