Role Overview

As a Software Engineer 3, you’ll play a crucial role in our software engineering function. You’ll consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, and analyze challenging software engineering challenges. Your expertise will help us meet our software engineering goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Consultation and Participation : Collaborate on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within software engineering.
Planning and Evaluation : Contribute to large-scale planning related to software engineering projects.
Problem Solving : Review and analyze moderately complex software engineering challenges, considering variable factors.
Issue Resolution : Work with others to resolve software engineering issues effectively.
Compliance and Policies : Leverage your understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
Client Collaboration : Engage with client personnel in software engineering.

Required Qualifications

Experience : 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent (consulting, training, military, .

Technical Skills : Salesforce Admin Experience : 3-5+ years of experience. Salesforce Development Experience : 3+ years of experience. nCino Configuration and Customization : 1-2+ years of experience. Platform : 3+ years of experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing). DevOps and Deployments : 3+ years of experience (Autorabit or Salesforce DX). Salesforce Certification : Required. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with SCRUM. Communication and Analytical Skills : Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, strong analytical skills. Independence : Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Salesforce DevOps / Deployment : 5+ years of experience.

Nice to Have : Java Experience : Good to have. CRM Projects : Working experience on CRM projects for enterprise-size companies. Web Technologies : Knowledge of core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery). Database and Web Services : Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML). Banking Domain : Experience in commercial banking preferred.
