We're seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee two high-performing Starbucks licensed stores in the Nashville market.
This IS a role where you'll :
- Drive revenue across two locations
- Lead team members through your direct reports and store management teams
- Serve as both hands-on General Manager and strategic overseer of another location
- Transform operational data into actionable strategies that increase productivity, profitability, and performance
- Build bench strength by developing tomorrow's leaders today

Non-Negotiables :
5+ years progressive retail / restaurant management experience2+ years successfully managing multiple units (preferred)Proven ability to read P&Ls and translate numbers into actionValid driver's license and ability to travel between locations (50% travel)Flexibility to work when the business needs you (yes, weekends and holidays)Game-Changers :
Starbucks or licensed store experienceBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experienceServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)Track record of developing managers who get promotedThe Intangibles That Matter :
