Responsibilities

• Work closely with startup customers to understand their technical requirements, business objectives, and growth plans, and architect AWS-based solutions that align with their goals.
• Lead technical discussions, present best practices, and guide startups on AWS architecture, services, and solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to provide comprehensive solutions to startups, addressing their specific needs and driving successful outcomes.
• Design and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) and reference architectures to showcase the value of AWS services and demonstrate their potential impact on the customer's business.
• Stay up-to-date with AWS services, industry trends, and best practices, share this knowledge within the team, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Participate in workshops, webinars, and events to evangelize AWS solutions for startups and contribute to the growth of the AWS startup ecosystem.

The AWS Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with startup companies as they build their businesses. We help them deploy scalable, secure, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate architectures. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200 / year to $239,000 / year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
