Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team. Call Center Representatives are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our customers. The Call Center Representative works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. May be responsible for obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information received by customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quick response times and quality support to our clients via available channels, such as chat, web form, email, phone, or social platform
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to help answer questions, share knowledge, and shadow / reverse shadow with new employees during their onboarding
  • Help to maintain documentation, training resources, and internal knowledge materials
