Base Salary : $30,000 per year (paid bi-weekly or monthly)

Commission : 30% of profit from sales generated

This structure ensures a guaranteed annual income while rewarding performance through profit-based commissions. High-performing team members have the opportunity to substantially increase their total earnings by driving consistent sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

✅ Example :

A deal with $5,000 profit = $1,500 commission.

Typical monthly income : $3,500–$6,000+

Top performers : $8,000+

Responsibilities

Develop and manage new client accounts

Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals

Work with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

Previous sales experience (construction, landscaping, real estate, or home improvement preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle

Must have a vehicle and be open to client visits
