Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments.

Position : In Office | Not Remote
Compensation : $32,000 - $40,000
Responsibilities :
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
- Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
- Answering and screening initial inquiries from prospective clients
- Obtaining pertinent information from prospective clients to determine the prospective client's legal needs. Entering this information into the email and case management system
- Drafting and sending engagement letters and initial documents to prospective clients
- Assisting potential clients in assembling documents required to support their claims
Qualifications :
CRM and case management software experience a plusBackground in the legal industry preferredCustomer service or sales experience a plusSolid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desiredPrevious experience with tele-marketing, intake, and / or handling high volume of calls on a daily basis (prior experience in a law firm is not required, but strongly preferred)Ability to be polite, professional, and eloquent while speaking with potential clientsAbility to pay close attention to detail, and must have strong organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively, listen closely, and convey questions and instructions clearlyMust have persistence and patience with following up and helping potential clientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high-volume workloadAbility to be coachable and be able to receive constructive criticismIdeally, prefer those who can communicate bilingually in both English and SpanishAbout Company
