About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining, with hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines. This role requires proficiency in programming languages and software, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and precision measurement techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes and milling machines using Fanuc, SolidWorks, and CAM programming software.

Interpret blueprints and schematics to create precise machining instructions.

Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accuracy in production.

Conduct setup and operation of CNC equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, CMM, etc.) for quality control checks.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and refine processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in CNC programming with a strong understanding of machining processes.

Proficiency in CAD / CAM software (FeatureCam, Mastercam, SolidWorks, or related tools).

Knowledge of EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) techniques is a plus.

Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.

Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments for quality assurance.

Strong mathematical and geometrical skills relevant to machining operations.
