Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM - Hybrid

Location : Hybrid -4 days a week and 1work from home day.

Employment Type : Long term Temp

Pay : $19 to $20

About the Role

As a Vehicle Impound Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for reviewing impound notices from tow facilities, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring each step of the vehicle release process is handled efficiently and professionally. This position plays a critical role in streamlining operations and reducing vehicle downtime.

• ? Key Responsibilities
• Review and process impound notices received from tow companies
• Contact customers and impound facilities to verify and negotiate vehicle pick-up fees
• Schedule vehicle inspections and coordinate logistics with inspectors and facilities
• Draft and manage documentation needed for releases and pickups
• Manage and respond to communications via a shared team email inbox
• Maintain accurate, timely records of each case
