This role is a Hybrid Role : Employees are expected to work from our New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A NA plays a critical role in supporting the North America Finance team through strategic planning, performance tracking, and insightful financial analysis. This role leads the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitors performance across brands and categories, and delivers actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-savvy (SAP, Hyperion, SmartView), and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A strong sense of ownership and attention to deadlines is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Develop and maintain monthly financial reports that track performance across brands and product categories in the North America region.
• Analyze variances and trends versus plan and forecast; collaborate with Brand FP&A to gather commentary on key drivers.
• Monitor departmental spend for Marketing and Commercial teams and provide monthly variance analysis with insights
• Prepare presentations for monthly management reviews
• Leverage tools such as Power BI, Hyperion, and advanced Excel models to enhance and standardize reporting process across NA FP&A teams

The base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following : long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
