We are seeking a motivated Account Manager Liaison to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role serves as the critical link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing relationship management with strategic project oversight.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.

Manage client accounts, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Monitor account performance, analyze results, and prepare progress reports.

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
