Administrative Assistant
Overview : We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role provides essential administrative, clerical, and project support to help the team operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Handle day-to-day clerical tasks to maximize team productivity.
- Document Management : Create, organize, and maintain company files, project records, and documentation both digital and hard copy.
- Project Coordination : Assist managers with documentation, tracking, and reporting. Support may include processing purchase and change orders, generating reports, and assisting with invoicing.
- Communication & Reception : Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence and emails.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members and management.
- Financial Assistance : Support bookkeeping tasks, track expenses, reconcile purchase orders and invoices, and compile data for budgeting.
- Office & Supply Management : Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Special Projects : Conduct research and assist with ad hoc assignments or administrative projects as requested.
