Cardiovascular ICU Travel RN

• tPerform and document ongoing cardiovascular assessments, tests, and patient response to procedural intervention
• tIdentify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s critical medical condition; implement and revise plan of care according to patient’s status.
• tAdminister critical care medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
• tIf necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
• tFlexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• tAvailability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• tWillingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• tAbility to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• tAlso referred to as : cv icu, cardiovascular intensive care unit nurse, critical care nurse.

Job Requirements

• t2 years of Cardiovascular experience in the ICU
• tGraduate from an accredited nursing school
• tCurrent state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• tBLS certification required
• tACLS certification required
• tMay require CCRN certification
