What You Will Do :

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties safe and well-maintained, and wants to grow in property maintenance? As our Onsite Maintenance Technician , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our apartment communities remain comfortable, welcoming, and in excellent condition year-round.

🔧 Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting

🔧 Complete unit turnovers with touch-up work, fixture replacements, and readiness inspections

🔧 Handle resident work orders promptly and professionally

🌱 Maintain property grounds : landscaping, debris removal, seasonal plantings, and snow / ice removal

🚨 Respond to urgent maintenance needs and after-hours emergencies as scheduled

🛠 Support safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all community facilities
