Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completionSupervise and mentor audit staff and seniorsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure quality and compliance with professional standardsIdentify opportunities for additional services and business developmentCollaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growthWhat We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications :
CPA certification required5-7+ years of audit experience in public accountingManagement experience leading audit teamsStrong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsIdeal Candidate :
