Job Title : Employment Support Specialist / Job Coach

Location : UCP Heartland – St. Louis Metro Area

Department : Employment Services

Employment Type : Full-Time; Non-Exempt

As an employment support specialist / Job Coach you are responsible for providing support to people served at their place of employment. You will :

• Support individuals learn and keep their job at various worksites though out the St. Louis Metro area.
• Work with employers, families and funders to ensure success.
• Work a caseload of up to 25 individuals providing one on one support to help ensure employment success.
• Utilize a computer and electronic health records system to provide documentation and paperwork within established guidelines and timeframes.
• Build relationships with UCP employment clients, employers, funders and other stakeholders by providing clear and consistent communication.
