Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients in a positive and non-judgmental manner to build trust and rapport

Develop specialized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals

Utilize various therapy modalities to provide effective treatment and support

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

Current or pending certification as LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC

2+ years of experience in social services

2+ years of customer service experience
