Pay : $20-$22 / hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This position requires a strong understanding of property management practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws while maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize property management software AppFolio for data entry, filing, and maintaining tenant information.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Assist in the processing of contracts related to property leasing and maintenance services.
• Maintain organized administrative files and documentation related to property management activities.
• Collaborate with facilities management and local contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Experience

Bachelor degree preferred.

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.

Strong understanding of conflict management techniques and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in office tasks such as data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and general administrative duties.

Experience in customer relationship management is essential for fostering positive tenant interactions.
