Strategic Grants Advisor – Building Our Funding Pipeline (Volunteer). Pathways to Services Development is a faith-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building transformational programs for individuals and families impacted by addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and trauma. We’re not just creating services — we’re building pathways of transformation that restore dignity, strengthen families, and empower people to rise beyond their past. This unpaid, mission-driven role is ideal for a professional who wants to shape a new organization’s financial foundation and be part of something transformative from the ground up.

The Role

We’re seeking a Grants & Funding Strategy Partner to join our advisory team and help design and implement a roadmap for sustainable funding. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and advisors to :

• Identify and align grant opportunities with our mission and program goals
• Support in developing a funding pipeline (federal, state, foundation, and corporate sources)
• Contribute to strategic planning for sustainability and long-term growth
• Offer insights on donor cultivation, philanthropic partnerships, and emerging funding models
• Help design systems and processes for grants management and reporting
