Finance, HR, & Operations Coordinator

AMETEK's Ultra Precision Technologies Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance, HR, & Operations Coordinator to support the U.S. based teams of our international business units, Kern, Taylor-Hobson & Solartron Metrology. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that will provide a wide range of support cross-functionally with a focus on HR, Finance, and Order Processing. This person will provide support and help drive initiatives that align with business goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities :

Finance

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries

Support audits and liaise with external auditors

Assist with reporting and data requests

Support tax filings and budgeting activities

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Human Resources

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

Partner with hiring managers to support job postings, candidate screening and scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding

Maintain HRIS records and prepare payroll submissions for corporate processing

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and manage employee documentation and reporting

Support administration of annual processes such as open enrollment, goal setting, and performance reviews

Order Processing & Logistics

Process orders including billing and freight scheduling

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments

Requirements :

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functionally, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Knowledge of HR and Finance practices and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS / payroll systems

Compensation :

Employee Type : Hourly

Salary Minimum : $50,000

Salary Maximum : $65,000
