We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated maintenance professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications :

• Working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and pertinent maintenance techniques
• Boom truck and fork lift experience a plus
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Responsibilities :

Work off building maintenance list provided by the group leader in a timely manner.

Ensure that work quality standards are met and required post-repair testing is performed.

Consistent communication with building maintenance group leader.

Promote a safe work environment on all projects.
