Machine Maintenance Technicians – 1st and 2nd Shift

Location : Lancaster, PA

Pay : $28+ / hr DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

1st and 2nd shifts available

Allegiance Staffing is seeking skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and welding experience.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Assist with machine setups, installations, and adjustments

Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime

Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Welding skills (MIG / TIG) preferred

Mechanical repair skills and ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or GED required (technical certification a plus)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
