Lead, Enterprise Risk Management

The Alphabet Enterprise Risk Management team's mission is to improve risk accountability and transparency across Google through a common governance framework and aligned risk management practices. In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness of the enterprise risk frameworks by supporting organization wide risk programs, identifying and assessing risks and tracking mitigation progress. You will engage with leaders across the company and drive sustainable risk management practices through stakeholder collaboration and targeted training initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
