We're seeking a Associate Director, Tech Product Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall delivery of technology products for KPMG Emerging Technology products and releases utilizing agile, and other product management methodologies.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution between individuals and teams with an assertive but friendly attitude.
• Act as an expert in estimation and planning techniques.
• Advocate for modern agile software development and organizational practices.
• Assist with coaching and training both individuals, teams, and programs to clarify goals, break anti-patterns, and put plans in place to achieve stronger results.
• Coach product owners on managing scaled product backlog of epics and features, and facilitate decision making with product owners and architects.
