Case Manager (Juneau)

Pay Range : $29.33 - $37.24 per hour

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc . is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Case Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals navigating behavioral health and housing challenges. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to develop treatment plans, to enhance their skills and support their ability of independence, and to live with as much autonomy as possible in the community. You will encourage self determination by assisting clients to recognize their own strengths. You will help support and facilitate the psychosocial development of clients including social, intellectual and behavior skill building. This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 : 30 p.m. Salary placement is based on relevant work experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience :

• Associates Degree
• Case Management or related experience can substitute for education on a year for year basis.
