Job Title :   Inside Sales l

Department : Sales Support

Reports to : Inside Sales Supervisor

Work Schedule : Minimum 40 Hours / Week. M – F (May vary depending upon schedule / workload)

Salary rate : $25 - $30 per hour

As an Inside Sales I, you’ll build the foundation for a successful sales career. You’ll connect with customers, learn about industry-leading products, and play a key role in driving new business and supporting our sales operations. This is an opportunity to join a team that values learning, teamwork, and personal growth while working with industry experts in an environment where your voice and ideas matter.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers through outbound calls to uncover new business opportunities.
• Promote DACO’s products and services, sharing solutions that make a real impact.
• Support customers through every step of the sales process — from quote to order.
• Keep customer information up to date in our CRM system and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Field Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth and professional experience for every client.
• Stay current on promotions, product updates, and new launches to keep customers informed.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail — you like keeping things on track.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical product details.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
