Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Regional Performance Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to developing performance improvement plans and business action plans focused on driving center and client performance, develop bench strengths for key clients to eliminate loss of business during teammate transitions or absences, and assess center level performance regarding key metrics, individual skill levels and Caliber culture.

The Regional Performance Manager will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines / standards.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 2+ years of Collision Management Experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

ABILITES / SKILLS / KNOWNLEDGE

  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
  • Must have prior experience with CCC1
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process / procedures
  • Be able to understand instructions written and verbally
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
