Cambria is seeking a dynamic and strategic District Manager to drive the growth of our residential and commercial sales in Hawaii. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with business partners, and implementing strategies to expand Cambria's presence. The ideal candidate will excel in market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Sell Cambria by growing and developing our market presence in the assigned Territory
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to increase Cambria’s market share and fully develop the business in both residential and commercial sectors.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies through various channels, including networking, cold calling and participation in industry events to expand network and brand visibility
Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to focus efforts and calibrate progress.
Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise so you can advise partners effectively in ways that benefit both their business and Cambria
Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partners.
Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationships
Cultivate relationships with home builders, remodelers, designers and architects to promote Cambria products.
Be available to meet with customers over meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or at events (i.e. Cambria or industry-sponsored or sporting)
Use Salesforce as a tool to track customer interactions and sales progress
Hold business partners accountable for their Sales and sales-driving activities in the Territory. Engage with them regularly to optimize these things. This includes visiting partners at their businesses.
Maintain a professional, high level of contact with key partners, industry associations, retailers, etc. for sales and recruiting purposes.
Be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes for both the residential and commercial areas of the business
Active use of all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand and product
Sell Cambria by being a source of information and industry knowledge delivering critical information to and from the field regions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and establish market intelligence and support materials and tools needed to help grow the territories
Calibrate and collaborate with department leadership on initiatives and tools that can help to build and grow business in the assigned territory

Minimum Requirements :
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 7 Years of Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving market expansion, securing new business opportunities, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
Systems :
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software, Concur and Salesforce experience preferred.
Additional Requirements :
Travel Requirements :
80% local travel by car and air to customers. Remaining 20% is to trade shows, associations and trips to Minnesota for training. Must have the ability to work extended hours, including evenings and overnights, and to travel over weekends. Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of quartz samples to and from appointments and events. Must be able to drive for a long period of time.Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $102,000 - $137,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and / or training.This position will be provided with a company vehicle, based on fleet availability, or mileage reimbursement in lieu
