Compensation : Up to $100,000 + Bonus

Job Summary

The Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting month-end close, accounting transactions, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include accruals, intercompany accounting, lease accounting, equity method investments, and other close activities. This position also assists with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely journal entries in the financial ERP system

Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Manage intercompany transactions, accruals, and eliminations

Perform monthly income statement analysis for assigned entities

Assist with consolidations and preparation of financial statements

Partner with operations and project teams on contract and asset changes

Support internal controls, process improvements, and workflow efficiency

Respond to external auditor and vendor inquiries

Participate in ad hoc and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

CPA or CPA eligible preferred

2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally including public accounting experience with a large firm

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to work under deadlines

Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite and / or Adaptive experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
