Job description

A company is looking for an Enterprise Success Manager to ensure clients realize the value of their Protective Intelligence technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

Drive platform adoption and assist clients in achieving their business objectives

Own client communication and ensure a streamlined client experience

Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with sales for execution

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at an enterprise SaaS company

Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA

Corporate Security or Executive Protection knowledge is a plus
