We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our top-performing agency. This role offers a competitive base salary of $48,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, employees are setup to earn approximately $80,000 in their first year, with monthly commissions ranging from $300 to $12,000 / month. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting utilizing cold leads and lead sources.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and secure new business.
• Educate customers on Allstate products and protection solutions.
• Comply with Allstate underwriting, document collection, and office procedures.
• Manage sales requests, cancellation requests, and customer inquiries within designated timeframes.
