The General Manager-Franchise - 4279 - Murphy Cyn Rd - San Diego, CA (San Diego, CA) role at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants. The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales goals, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Ensure compliance with company policies and practices; utilize systems and processes to maximize profits.

Develop and coach team members to improve performance.

Report to the District Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of management experience

High school education

Quick Service Restaurant experience required

Valid driver’s license
