Material Handler II (7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm, 7 : 00 pm-7 : 00 am)

Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for a Material Handler II to be based out of Tampa, FL. Reporting to the Shift Lead, the Material Handler II will be responsible for packing finished goods, monitor products for defects, assist in the start-up or changeover of products and keep work area clean and organized.

What you'll do :

Material Handler's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Bundle pipe according to inventory and shipping specifications
• Update Hour by Hour boards and compare colors, shapes, textures or grades of products or material with templates or samples to verify conformance to quality standards
• Operate and observe machinery during production, assist with Quality Control duties utilizing quality tools
• Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
