Transfer Counselor

A company is looking for a Part-Time Transfer Counselor, Student Support & Advising.

Key Responsibilities

Advise students on academic pathways and transfer goals

Manage a caseload of at least 75 students through various advising methods

Conduct outreach and monitor student academic standing for retention purposes

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field

Minimum of five years of experience in academic advising or transfer counseling

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse student population

Proficiency with student support technologies and virtual advising platforms

Ability to work evenings or Saturdays and travel between campuses
